Genedefect are a 4 piece metal band from Western Sydney, Australia. Formed in 2004, They jumped into the metal scene late 2005 with support shows all around the lower east coast of Australia. After a few demo's and the solid release of their self titled 4 track ''e.p'' in 2007 came a loyal cult like following for Genedefect on the underground Australian metal scene with ''My Ready Eye'' and the killer debut film clip that came with it.
Through the last few years Genedefect have slogged it out all over stages across the east coast of Australia perfecting their sound and live show with more and more people catching on.
With the release of their debut album due out in January 2010 things are looking good for the boys as they plan to tour ferociously locally, nationally and Internationally without doubt claiming the status they truely deserve…
