Established in 2008, after the most talented musicians from the most successful local bands came together, Applaud the Impaler immediately became the juggernaut of the Virginia music scene. Amongst the weak and clich bands plaguing the music scene, Applaud the Impaler easily embarked on their mission and saw to their spawning of becoming the leaders in technicality, heaviness, and ferociousness. In 2009 after the departures and weeding out of certain members, Applaud the Impaler came to its’ perfect chemistry. Wit inspirations such as Origin, Beneath the Massacre, Behemoth, and Nile, the new group of intimidating men deliver a powerful and vehement sound incorporated with annihilating grooves and ample heavy parts. Now with a revamped lineup and a credible passion that each member bears, the path is being paved for Applaud the Impaler to complete domination.
The band thrives on the intensity and violence that their fans bring to the shows. Ever since Applaud the Impaler set foot on stage in 2008, they have demanded a sense of maniacal energy from their fans and have forcefully and easily derived this urgency with their aggressive yet entertaining, implacable performance. In 2010, Applaud the Impaler signed to heavy metal label Unique Leader Records and became an explosive weapon on the ULR arsenal. Дата рождения бельгийской дэткор-формации из города Монс The Last Shot Of War, появившейся на свет по инициативе гитаристов Pot'а Arnaud'а и Hanot'а Mathias'а, а также басиста Dassonville Loic'а, приходится ещё на 2007 год, однако реальную жизнь группа получила лишь через год, когда музыканты отправились в бельгийскую студию Jack для записи своего первого на тот момент выдержанного в дэт-грайндовом ключе демо-альбома, которая увидела свет в 2009 году под вывеской "Tenia". Затем после многочисленных кадровых перестановок, в особенности касающихся вокалистов, команда наконец-таки стабилизировалась с вхождением в неё вокалистов Leblanc'а Kevin'а и Zeghers'а Jrmiah'а да ударника Chianrenza Jonathan'а.

Science Of Sleep were founded 5 guys in 2010 in Braunschweig, Lower Saxony, Germany.
Since then the band developed a new level of sickness and brutal deathcore music. With a never ending passion for what they do and love. In a genre which is overwhelming with upcoming bands SOS clearly break out of line and deliver a new era of brutality, blastbeats and blood-freezing vocals.
The passion the 5 guys carry through every moment of their bandlife and an immense amount of live shows in the first three years shows everybody the strong will to reach a higher level.
