Maggie's Bookshop is a relatively new band with many musical influences. You hear Metal, Hip Hop, Poetry, Funk and more. This band from the east of the country is now little more than a year of action and wins include the Grand Prix of Twente, as well as those of Twenterand and won many prizes. Also, they were recently in the final of the prestigious band contest "The Breakthrough" in Atak in Enschede.
The energy the band live transfer is contagious demonstrated by the many positive comments from the public and the media. Recently they released their first single "Sell Me Your Truth" released on iTunes and their digital EP ge-rereleased on a physical CD with a bonus three live tracks recorded during a concert in this amazing metropolis in Hengelo, so immediately hear how the band live across.
