On 14th of March 09 Den (The Conspiracy Plan, Trample, Toy Not Suitalble, Ded Phoenix, Breathing New Life, Soma, Harmonic) and Chibbs (Bragg Recordings, Trample, Toy Not Suitable, Harmonic) were discussing the possibility of forming another heavy band. By the 15th of March 09 FWS already had a wicked young guitarist by the name of Sam. And by the 16th got Beaz (Skylark) to fill the bass playing shoes. With The lineup now being completed by Milky on 2nd Guitar. Fires Were Started have already shared the stage with the likes of Mammal and MM9 and are the only Australian band to be bringing back good old school Nu-Metal!
