There is a burgeoning new sonic tsunami currently brewing in south Florida, so mothers you better lock up your daughters as the dynamic hard rock veterans MIAMI RIOT have returned to give the genre the swift kick in the ass that it needs. This quartet have reunited after a lengthy hiatus after being sickened with the oversaturation of run of the mill copycat bands that are dragging the rock genre into the ground with their stagnant live show and timid songs. MIAMI RIOT hold nothing back and are performing for the fans knowing they wouldn’t be on stage if it wasn’t for their support. This is the definitive people’s rock n’ roll band and you ain’t seen anything like this before. If you wanted the best, well you sure as hell need to look no further.

Formed in Miami, the band embodies the mayhem and chaos of their namesake – the infamous 80’s riots of Miami. They are fronted by the charismatic Bobbie Apel on vocals, Mick Lords on bass, Eric Vee on drums and Robin Wilde on guitar. The group’s signature punk/metal sound is personified by their brash style, raw power and infectious fist pumping hooks. Their over-the-top goth/glam look and bombastic live show culminates into a complete assault of the senses.

Few bands today encapsulate the tireless work ethic that it takes to succeed at all costs putting their livelihood on the line to take that one shot at rockstardom, well MIAMI RIOT have taken this hard road and it’s now starting to pay off tenfold. This is the definition of pure hard rock punk infused fury with a backbone firmly rooted in heavy metal ultimately resulting in a dynamic, propulsive blend of hard driving anthems.
