New Way Home are an alternative metal band from Auckland New Zealand.
Recording for their self produced and recorded full length album "mirrors" is completed and mixing has begun.
A rough demo was released on the internet for the song Chrysalis just before album recording began. It won song of the month on sevenstring.org and recieved an 8/10 from a roadrunner records A&R scout on signmeto.com. The demo also abruptly went to number one on the metal and alternative metal charts at soundclick.com and stayed there for nearly a month out of over 100,000 songs worldwide.
