There are 3 bands with the name "Endorphin," one based in Australia, 2nd is based in the United States, and 3rd is from Edinburgh, Scotland Endorphin (aka Eric Chapus) has had a prodigious career to date. Since arriving in Australia in 1984 from France he has had several musical incarnations. Coming into the spotlight after being unearthed by JJJ in 1996 and delivering an impressive debut album “Embrace”, he has been dazzling his audiences with a live electronic show that weaves together an eclectic array of visual imagery and music to create a live production that explodes with an energy that seduces all the senses. It is theatre for the dance floor and art for the ears. Endorphin tours include Gatecrasher, Moby, Massive Attack, Portishead, Faithless, Homebake and many more nationally. Throughout the years, Endorphins music has been incorporated onto numerous Australian and International compilations including Ibiza’s DJ Jose Padilla’s chilled out Caf Del Mar series with his classic track "Satie". He has also remixed other artists work such as Icehouse, Spiderbait, Paul Kelly, Sonic Animation, Sunk Loto, Men at Work, Jimmy Little and Tina Arena. ENDORPHIN was a mostly instrumental classic/jam rock band from Providence, RI from 2001-2005. The band was based around core members Nick Cooper (guitar, vocals) and Dan Moriarty (drums). Occasional members of the band included Eric Lonergan (vocals), Christopher Choinski (6-string bass), Matthew Huntley (guitars), Chris Curley (keyboards, harmonica), Graham Mellor (bass), and Peter Gilli (saxophones). Endorphin was a mainstay at the Providence CVS Downtown 5k. Cooper, Moriarty, and Gilli now perform with A Troop o Echoes (>www.myspace.com/atroopofechoes). ENDORPHIN ( the scotish one) Endorphin are a punchy and melodic four-piece rock band based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Imagine musicality akin to early Radiohead / Feeder with a Muse-like lead vocal and expertly crafted dynamics… (So say the critics) The distinctive sound, the quality of songs and the musicianship combined with Si"s unmistakable vocals arguably make endorphin one of the best unsigned bands in Scotland. Endorphin have been featured on Beat 106's Beatscene, received airplay on BBC Radio, Storm Radio, Sub City Radio, Radio Unsgnd. Kerrang, NME, The List, The Scotsman and The Evening News have all featured complimentary reviews of endorphin. The band have also appeared in the final heats of the Tennants T-Break and Emergenza competitions, winning an award for "Best Guitarist" at The Glasgow Carling Academy in June 2004. Endorphin were among a very small number of Scottish bands elected to represent New Music In Scotland at the MTV Europe Music Awards showcase in Edinburgh. Endorphin self-release their new single "Ticking Bomb" and 12 track collection of the previous 4 EPs in June 2005. The band will promote the release of the single with a self-funded, self-financed UK tour in summer 2005. Endorphin was also Erwin van Kan's (Nosferatu) artist name on his Supreme Intelligence releases. 9th Cloud

Turntable's spinning to the warm intonations of A Tribe Called Quest, CAM, and Pete Rock… 9th CLOUD progressed with the supplementary emotional dimension discovered via the Blues, Trip Hop, DJ Shadow and Krush , and in the end-result, found its residence in Abstract Hip Hop .9th Cloud mixes and composes in a spontaneous and creative manner, highlighted with groove, nourished by tone's within Jazz and Funk; music offering incredible possibilities to spontaneous creations and interpretations. A gloomy yet smiley approach of Abstract Hip Hop; without having any pretension of re-inventing the genre, this work gives off a particular state-of-mind through hypnotic vibrations. 9th Cloud proposes its interpretation, purely and surprisingly, just like he wishes to reproduce during his live sets.
